Supportive Housing Communities Helps Transition Homeless Families

In 2017 Women’s Impact Fund made a one-year $60,000 grant to Supportive Housing Communities (SHC) to provide housing and support services to formerly homeless families. Thirty-two families, including 107 family members, were served by SHC. All families were assessed to determine services needed including mental, medical, substance abuse, and educational services.
